|Inspiring a Leadership and Coaching Culture|
The demands and risks of the next decade will require a new leadership and coaching style that encourages personal ownership but which is not limited to the Senior Executives. Fostering collective responsibility will positively impact performance and enterprise.

|Driving Strategic Workforce Planning|
A global workforce will bring bigger problems and greater risks. Predicting organisational risks will therefore need to move beyond the numbers and the data. Analysis must inform strategy and will need to be a cross functional affair to maximise commercial success.
|People Predictive Analytics|
Intelligent decision making is driven by collecting the right data; validating patterns and trends in which the leadership has confidence. Decisions will increasingly depend in equal measure on intuitive assessment as well as predictive modelling enabled by assessing and analysing appropriate data and metrics.

Is the concept of change outdated? In thinking of it as a process, do we lose the essence of understanding that everyone is an individual? Change is constant but performance levels cannot change with it. Leaders need to ensure that organisational instability does not impact performance or success.
