The survey also served a commercial purpose in that its analysis revealed which gender diversity initiatives deliver the best return on investment for international firms.

A senior audience of Winmark Members and Reed Smith contacts attended the report launch event. PR generated reports in The Times, The Sunday Times, The Daily Mail, and the wider social media. Due to its success Reed Smith is now planning to build on the report’s insights with a follow-up Winmark network research project.

The Looking Glass Report 2013, in association with Tata Consulting Services, focuses on how current trends in the legal sector are likely to impact on the future. The reports pulls together research from a range of Managing Partners and General Counsels to analyse the current drivers of change, how challenges are currently being addressed and what the implications of this activity are going forward. The Report gained significant interest with extensive coverage in The Times and other publications, and gave TCS the opportunity to engage with Network members and other prominent attendees at the popular launch event.
