Winmark Works: The Employee BarometerAt Winmark, we rely on a collaborative and supportive working environment to deliver a high level of service to our clients and members. To that end, we use our own annual engagement tracker, the Employee Barometer, to monitor whether we are enhancing skills, developing careers, and communicating our strategic goals to colleagues.
We capture both qualitative and quantitative internal feedback by using a tailored online survey that addresses issues like pay and benefits, training, management, and culture. The report summarises opinion and breaks down satisfaction metrics, providing an insight into the root causes of any dissatisfaction. In this way, we show colleagues our commitment to maintaining morale and making Winmark a rewarding place to work.
